Lego Christmas Village

Before the Christmas Season is totally over, allow me one last post on Christmas before we welcome the New Year.  Let me share with you how we decorate for Christmas.

Some people do a Christmas Village of ceramic houses... we do it the Lego way!

Lego is much cheaper in Singapore compared to Manila.  The available assortment is also very good because they have everything available on Lego.com.  Ordering Lego from the US is still the cheapest, but this is only if you know someone who will bring it in for you.  If you add the cost of the Balikbayan Box, Singapore is still the best deal - and don't forget to ask for your tax refund slip so you can get cash back at the airport.

We buy our Lego from ToysHunt, an exclusive Lego Distributor in Singapore.  Members get a 10% discount and special deals.

Now we know there will be a new addition to our Christmas Village next year.

Note to self: buy the Winter Village Post Office Lego when we go back to Singapore so Ady can bring it home and claim the Tax Refund :D
